-In therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.I will teach you how to develop self-compassion and help you process your traumas. At the first session we will determine your goals for individual counselling and work towards those goals in each session along with supplemental homework.
-Each person comes to therapy for their own reasons. I work with a wide variety of issues so please reach out to determine if I am a good fit for you.
-All sessions are delivered remotely, and I work worldwide. All that is required is zoom or google hangouts on your personal device and a quiet space with no distractions. Get in touch to book your free consultation.
