A supportive and holistic space for your mental health and wellbeing. 

Individual therapy provides a warm, confidential and safe space to process and work though distressing memories, thoughts and feelings. Any issues or struggles can be explored in therapy. This is also a space to for those who are looking to explore aspects of life that may not feel that "big". Ultimately therapy is YOUR space and you can use it in a way that feels good for you. 

I hold space for healing, awareness building, and self discovery. I firmly believe in the holistic mind-body approach to therapy. The more present and connected you are to your body more clarity and peace you gain. Therapy is a collaborative process. As therapist and client we will work together to help you heal.

Step 1.

Submit Contact Form.

Step 2.

You'll receive an email from me to arrange a consultation.

Step 3.

Attend free 20 minute consultation over zoom.

Step 4.

We decide to work together. Yay :) 

Step 5.

Complete onboarding forms and arrange our first session.
